Announcing our IBS Awareness Month webinar programme

As part of IBS Awareness Month in April, The IBS Network is launching Positive Steps, a new campaign to raise awareness of the fundamental connection between mental health and the management of IBS symptoms.

We are delighted to launch our webinar programme for April, bringing you sessions on stress management, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and managing your mental health.

Webinar: IBS and Stress Management with stress management consultant Sophie West.

11am on Tuesday 4 April 2023.

Webinar: IBS and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with psychological wellbeing practitioner Shanice Warner.

11am on Tuesday 18 April 2023.

Webinar: IBS and Mental Health with mental health nurse Emma Davies.

11am on Tuesday 25 April 2023.

How to Book

The cost of the webinar is £5 to members and £15 to non-members.

Members

To receive the member discount, please sign in to your account here BEFORE PURCHASING the webinar.

When you have signed in to your membership account, please purchase the webinar through The IBS Network shop here. Your discount will then be automatically applied. Remember to check your JUNK folder if you don’t see the link to the webinar in your INBOX within 15 minutes of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: The member discount cannot be applied after purchase has been made.

After making your purchase, you will receive two emails from us.

The first email will be a confirmation of your purchase and the second will contain the link to attend the live webinar.

This will be automatically sent to the email address from which you made your purchase. Please make sure you purchase the webinar using the email address that you would like the link to be sent to.

If you do not receive the link to the webinar in your INBOX within an hour of purchasing, CHECK your JUNK folder. We will be unable to sort out any issues on the morning of the webinar, so you must check you have everything you need to attend at the time of your purchase.

If you purchase the webinar and are unable to attend live, don’t worry, we will send you the recording, just give us up to five days to download, edit and send. (There’ll be no need to email or phone the office to chase us, rest assured we will send you the recording when it is ready).
