Share your story and help others living with IBS

Reading or hearing how other people live well with IBS can inspire and help people who are struggling to manage their condition.

It’s a great way to find out how other people have coped and overcome the challenges that an IBS diagnosis can bring, particularly for people who are just beginning to learn how to manage their symptoms.

Matthew Chaddock, who runs The IBS Network support group in Leeds, said:  “We can make some significant changes to someone’s IBS by sharing our own stories and discovering how other people cope.”

It’s only by speaking out about IBS that we can help the £12 million people in the UK who are living with the condition.
