Supporting Remember a Charity Week 2017
11th September 2017
For the second year, The IBS Network is taking part in Remember a Charity Week between 11 – 17 September 2017. Leaving a gift in Wills to The IBS Network makes a huge difference to the charity’s future work and the vital services it provides in helping support people living with Irritable Bowel Syndrome – a chronic, long-term and debilitating condition affecting around 12 million sufferers in the UK.
This year’s Remember a Charity Week campaign will call upon people to ‘Have Your Say on the World You Want to Pass On’ and inspire people to leave a gift in their Will. In the ambitious awareness campaign, Remember a Charity will take charitable legacies on tour to five UK cities, showcasing the impact and opportunities for legacy giving. Charities and supporters are being invited to record their vision for future generations and share their thoughts on social media using #HaveYourSay.
The IBS Network’s CEO, Alison Reid has her say on the world she wants to pass on here:
“I want to pass on a world where The IBS Network reaches everyone living with IBS and no one has to suffer alone.”
Keep an eye out on The IBS Network’s Twitter and Facebook channels throughout the week. If you’d like to take part, please get in touch or tweet us @IBSnetwork.
